I Will Back

C Am
Why it's so unjust
F Fm C
Maybe here or maybe there
                 Am
They'll wait for us
F Fm C
Wait in hope or in despair

           Dm C G
   But I'm on my way
   Dm G C C7
In the sun and in the rain
   F E Am C7
   I will choose another day
   Dm G C
   I will surely come again.

What, what's so wrong?
Was it the wine you didn't drink?
Or was it the songs
You have had no time to sing?

           Dm C G
   But I'm on my way
   Dm G C C7
In the sun and in the rain
   F E Am C7
   I will choose another day
   Dm G F C
   I will surely come again.

And now, I will regret
Even in the days of bliss
Friends whom I had met
For whom I still long and whom I miss.

   But I'm on my way
In the sun and in the rain
   I will choose another day
   I will surely come again.
